HOUSING COMMITTEE
Assists tenants in housing issues including:
· Communications with management
· Leasing rights
· Directing tenants to the appropriate government and social service agencies

QUALITY OF LIFE COMMITTEE
Monitor building and grounds safety/maintenance conditions by:
· Identifying security issues, (i.e., drug activity, loitering, building access, etc.).
· Monitoring landscaping, (i.e., planting and caring for the vegetation around the building).
· Interaction and issues with Glenn Gardens staff.
· Neighborhood concerns.

RENOVATION COMMITTEE
Oversee all aspects of renovation and communicate with A&E regarding updates
· Identifying any health or safety concerns with renovations.
· Ensure compliance with city and state regulations.
· Handle resident complaints with renovations.
· Meet with A&E for updates and answers to resident questions.

BIKE ROOM COMMITTEE
Manages bike room storage rental by:
· Processing applications
· Facilitating correspondence
· Collecting dues

EVENTS & FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE
Designs and organizes TAGG events (i.e., Holiday Parties, Bake Sales, etc.) by:
· Seeking sponsorships and items in order to promote local merchants
· Organizing refreshments for general tenants’ meetings
· Seeking alternative methods of generating TAGG revenue

COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE
Maintains building communications outlets by:
· Maintaining glenngardens.org website
· Publishing quarterly TAGG newsletter (website and printed/building postings)
· Creating all flyers and organizing distribution
· Maintain lobby and laundry room TAGG signage
BY-LAWS COMMITTEE
Reviews TAGG bylaws and suggest changes.
